    Joseph Abboud, the innovative restaurateur at Melbourne’s iconic eatery Rumi (named after the 13thcentury poet) is joining us this year to share more about his new cookbook, Rumi: Food of Middle Eastern Appearance. Abboud draws on Lebanese, Persian, and Turkish influences to create an environment of sharing and openness with self-professed simple, honest food, which he now shares with a wider audience.
